Big NamesThey most likely can offer a greater range of services than we can, and their relationships with large vendors such as IBM often bring better hardware pricing. On the other hand they're locked to the brand they sell, so their advice is hardly unbiased and often oriented toward selling more. On service pricing, unquestionably small business pricing is more fair. Also we're quicker to respond to service calls.
